Connect the specification to the released batch
| Decision | Project specification |
|---|---|
| Incoming materials | Identity, supplier approval, ingredient specifications and relevant contaminant documentation. |
| Caffeine measurement | Validated or fit-for-purpose method, sample plan, per-pouch target and acceptance limits. |
| Pouch consistency | Fill weight, seam integrity, dimensions and unit-to-unit assessment. |
| Microbiology and chemistry | Product-specific test plan based on composition, process, moisture and intended market. |
| Packaging compatibility | Closure function, label fit, barrier performance and transport handling. |
| Stability | Documented storage conditions, time points and justified expiry. |
| Traceability | Raw-material lots, packaging lots, batch records, sample retention and change control. |
What a COA can and cannot show
A lot-linked certificate of analysis reports selected results against an agreed specification. It does not replace a manufacturing-site certificate, a safety assessment, a shelf-life study or authorization to sell in a destination market.
Ask which methods, units and acceptance rules apply. Where a measurement sits close to a limit, agree how uncertainty and out-of-specification investigations will be handled before release.
A clearer brief. A better starting point.
Tell us your caffeine target, flavor, can format and destination market. Production starts at 3,000 cans per SKU and 9,000 cans per order.
